If you have shut down the CAHCHECK address space without the restart option, manually restart it by issuing the following MVS console command:

S IEESYSAS,PROG=CAHCHECK,JOBNAME=CAHCHECK,TIME=1440,SUB=MSTR,REUSASID=YES
