Reason:
An application is requesting a CAICCI function that is not supported by the current release of the CAICCI server running on the mainframe.
Action:
An upgrade of mainframe CAICCI is needed.
If the cause of the problem cannot be determined then enable trace, attempt to re-create the problem, and contact CA Support at http://ca.com/support.
