Reason:
The CAISDI/med has encountered an unexpected failure attempting to LOAD the interface routine to the SOAP Client.
Action:
Verify that the CAISDI/soap Client Service module, CAS0PCSI, is in the system link list, or is in a STEPLIB that is available to the CAISDI/med address space.
