An error has been detected during EXTRACT processing. This message is passed back to the caller and action is taken as needed.

Action:

See the indicated message and take action as required.

For example, if the message reads SECURITY RECORD NOT FOUND, it may indicate that the userid you are logged onto is not defined to RACF. Or, if you are attempting to invoke a transaction under CICS that uses external security, you may not have signed onto the terminal through CSSN or CESN.
