Reason:
There was not enough storage available to get an answer area for the #XCFSEND request while trying to determine which member has the most variables defined.
Action:
The member will not become READY because it cannot accurately determine if it has all the variables it should. Shut down and restart the address space. If the problem persists, contact CA Support.
