Reason:
The NTFYEXIT routine of CAVDXMGR attempted to get storage for a request control block, but sufficient storage was not available. The rc is the R15 return code from the STORAGE OBTAIN macro.
Action:
Shut down and restart the address space. If the problem persists, contact CA Support.
