Reason:
The NTFYEXIT routine of CAVDXMGR has attempted to schedule work to a subtask using the #TASKSRV macro. The schedule attempt has failed. The rc is the R15 return code from the #TASKSRV routine, and the reason is the R00 value from the #TASKSRV routine.
Action:
Examine the return and reason code and contact CA Support.
