Reason:
An attempt was made to take an SVC dump as a result of some error condition, but the SVC dump request failed. The rc is the R15 return code from the SDUMP macro, and the reason is the R00 value from the SDUMP macro.
Action:
Examine the return and reason code. Information about the meanings of these codes can be found in the IBM manual “z/OS MVS Programming: Authorized Assembler Services Reference, Volume 3 (LLA-SDU)” (SA22-7611). If the problem persists, contact CA Support.
