Reason:
While trying to join an XCF group, there was not enough storage available to get a state table to record the status/state of other members in the group.
Action:
This system is JOINed to the XCF group, but processing cannot continue without a state table. Shut down and restart the address space. If the problem persists, contact CA Support.
