Reason:
The Cross-system coupling facility communication component of the CA Variable Service address space attempted to register with XCF, but the JOIN request returned an error condition. The rc is the R15 return code from the IXCJOIN, and the reason is the R00 value from the IXCJOIN.
Action:
Examine the return and reason code. Information about the meanings of these codes can be found in the IBM manual “z/OS MVS Programming: Sysplex Services Reference” (SA22-7618). If the problem persists, contact CA Support.
