Reason:
traceid received and unsuccessfully completed a request to flush its trace buffer to its External Writer. This message is followed by message CAMCT117I which displays the return code from the write attempt by the CTRACEWR service.
Action:
Contact CA support and provide them with the CTRACEWR return code.
