Reason:
An explicit or internal request for traceid to flush its current trace buffer could not be initiated because the trace buffer was not in the proper state at the time of the request. Message CAMCT135I displays the reason and corresponding Trace Buffer Writer Control (TBWC) Area.
Action:
If this is an isolated incident, no action is required; otherwise, contact CA support.
