Reason:
Review the additional messages from the Shell command processing in SYSTSPRT sysout to isolate the cause of failure.
Action:
Consult the IBM UNIX System Services Messages and Codes document for more information about the specific failure. Contact CA Support if the failure cannot be resolved. Correct and rerun.
