Operator command command for server server status

Reason:

The command identified by command and registered to server server could not be executed due to status. Where status is “is not recognized” or “is disabled”. The command is not valid or has been disabled so that it cannot be executed.

For “is not recognized”, the command qualifier indicated server server, but the command was not found in its command table.
