Reason:
The CASRV address space determined that DDNAME CASVLIB was allocated but encountered an error while opening the DDNAME.
Action:
Examine any other messages regarding the OPEN and make sure the DDNAME specifies the correct dataset(s). If the problem persists, contact CA Support.
