Reason:
A table had not been started by the #CASMSGT BEGIN statement when message_table_statement was encountered. The #CASMSGT BEGIN statement is missing or the #CASMSGT statement had a syntax error, which would have been reported earlier.
Action:
Add or correct the #CASMSGT BEGIN statement, and reread the message table.
