Perform CAIENF/USS Configuration Tasks

Follow these steps:

Define a security OMVS segment for the user ID assigned to the proc to let the CAIENF procedure work.
You can define a new user ID or can use a pre‑existing one such as the one used for TCP/IP or UNIX System Services.
(optional) Update the COFVLFxx member that is used for the system to add a class for CAIENF/USS to use. For example:
