Sites running CA SDM can have Unicenter NeuMICS automatically open CA SDM tickets when there is a Unicenter NeuMICS-generated abend in Unicenter NeuMICS operational jobs. These types of abends include:
CA SDM tickets are generated when the Report Writer abends with any User Completion Code, or with any System Completion Code that does not end with '22' (Operator Cancel or Automated System Termination) and does not end with '37' (Disk resource shortages).
