Sites running CA SDM can have CA JARS® Resource Accounting automatically open CA SDM tickets when there is an unrecoverable error condition during operation of the [set the jars variable for your book] Report Writer.
CA SDM tickets are generated when the Report Writer abends with any User Completion Code, or with any System Completion Code that does not end with '22' (Operator Cancel or Automated System Termination) and does not end with '37' (Disk resource shortages).
