Reply to Messages Using cawtor

After you send a message, you can request a reply using the cawtor utility. This utility works similar to a WTOR message on the system console in that a reply ID is assigned to the message and the reply can be relayed back to the caller.

For example, you have a process that requires an action to be taken on a remote computer and you are waiting for that action to be completed before continuing. Using cawtor, the processing holds until a response to the message is received. The response can be manual or automated on the remote computer.
