Clean Up the Log Files

Caiopr creates a log file for each day it is in operation. Over time, the number of files can take up more storage than desired.

To limit the number of logs, set the environment variable CA_OPR_RETAIN_LOGS to the maximum number of log files you want to keep. This helps keep storage use to a minimum.

To set the variable, edit the file /cai/nsmem/opr/scripts/envusr. The default setting is ‘0’, which keeps all logs.
