On a slow running machine, the Forgot Username task times out to the Task Pending screen before the username is displayed on the page.

The text on the Reset Pin screen is incorrect. Users see this screen when their PIN expires and they must reset it.

If you enabled an authentication method and added it to an application, disabling it may not prevent it from being used.

Authentication with 'Forgot My Phone' feature can fail if deployment machines are in different time zones. Machines that are our of time sync can create authentication failures as well.
