Tenant Deletion Fails Initially

Symptom:

No error is reported in the CSP Console. After trying to delete the tenant two or three times, the deletion succeeds.

Solution:

Set the following value in /opt/CA/secure-proxy/proxy-engine/proxyserver.sh:

 -Dhttp_connection_timeout=300000

Then, restart the SPS.
