Symptom

You experience an error sending e-mail during authentication flows.

Solution

Do the following:

Check the following SMTP parameters in the AOK_SYSTEM_DATA table to ensure that they are set correctly:

• smtp.host
• smtp.host.port
• smtp.username
• smtp.password
