How to Use Email Templates

Identity Management includes default email templates that you can use to generate email messages. You can use the default templates as installed, or customize them to suit your business needs.

To use email templates

  1. Configure SMTP settings to enable Identity Management to send email notifications.
  2. Enable email notification in the Management Console.
  3. Configure an event or task to send an email.
  4. (Optional) Customize the default templates, as needed.
