Single Sign On and CA Process Automation

Symptom:

Single Sign On does not work in CA Process Automation when you open CA Process Automation from the following processes:

• Service Development Kit > Edit Entry Point Content offering
• Service Development Kit > Edit Run Book Automation Content
• Tracking tab in Catalog request

Solution:

To open the required process, provide the log in credentials in CA Process Automation.
