Classes of Service (CoS)

Classes of Service (CoS) identify the requirement and the design of a feature being developed. CoS provides a set of offerings that the tenant may select to order. A service offering can be ordered using different Classes of Service.

Entry Points

Entry Points are the standardized interfaces through which CA CSDP communicates with an MSO.

Service Offerings (SO)

Service Offerings (SO) is a standardized packaging of a service to host through CA CSDP. SO includes the implementation of Service and Tenant entry points, forms for service registration and tenant subscription, and optionally forms for RBA and end-user service order forms.

Offering

Offerings are the user interface(UI) forms used by the end user to use a service.

Payload

Payload is a set of configuration files, a software image, executables, or soft appliances that provides the service.

Run Book Automation (RBA)

Run Book Automation (RBA) is a set of service request forms that the tenants or service providers use for the day to day management of the service.
