Remove Permission to Reports
As a service provider administrator, you can remove permissions for a user to view the CA Service Operations Insight reports.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to CA Business Intelligence CMC with administrator credentials at http://CA Business Intelligence: 8080/CmcApp/logon.faces
- Select Users and Groups from the drop-down list.
- Expand the Group Hierarchy under Manage in the left pane.
- Select SAM Reports.
Lists of users or groups who have access to SAM Reports appear in the right pane.
- Click Remove, in the Actions drop-down list.
The selected user is now removed from the list of users with access to SAM Reports.
