Remove Permission to Reports

As a service provider administrator, you can remove permissions for a user to view the CA Service Operations Insight reports.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to CA Business Intelligence CMC with administrator credentials at http://CA Business Intelligence: 8080/CmcApp/logon.faces
  2. Select Users and Groups from the drop-down list.
  3. Expand the Group Hierarchy under Manage in the left pane.
  4. Select SAM Reports.

    Lists of users or groups who have access to SAM Reports appear in the right pane.

  5. Click Remove, in the Actions drop-down list.

    The selected user is now removed from the list of users with access to SAM Reports.
