Restart or Power Down CA Spectrum

Before you shut down or restart the CA Spectrum machine, first stop SpectroSERVER services. If the services are not shut down, an error appears. In addition to the error, if the SpectroSERVER is not shut down before powering off, you must manually start it again.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the virtual machine hosting CA Spectrum with administrator credentials.
  2. Click Start, All Programs, CA, and start the Spectrum Control Panel. Select MaaS-Spectrum for the host if requested.
  3. Select one of the following services:

    You can safely shut down, restart, or resume CA Spectrum.
