System administrators offer Monitoring-as-a-Service (MaaS) on the CSDP platform. We assume that you are familiar with how your organization has deployed CA CSDP.
The monitoring service is a packaged set of content that you use with the CSDP platform to deliver Monitoring-as-a-Service (MaaS). It includes the connectors, processes, forms, payloads, and scripts that are required for service fulfillment and delivery. Each service individually represents a service offering and is delivered as a singular unit to automate and deliver that service.
