This guide is intended for system administrators to offer Monitoring-as-a-Service (MaaS) on CA CSDP. We assume that you are familiar with how your organization has deployed CA CSDP.
The monitoring service cartridge is a packaged set of content that is used with the platform to deliver Monitoring-as-a-Service (MaaS). It includes the connectors, processes, forms, and scripts that are required for service fulfillment and delivery. Each service cartridge individually represents a service offering and is delivered as a singular unit to automate and deliver that service.
