Any activity of the Installer in CA Client Automation is logged in files that are automatically created by the Installer.
CA Technologies provides a log file collection tool called dsminfo, which helps you by picking up any available information you need to analyze a problem you may have with Client Automation.
The dsminfo tool is available at CA Online Support and can be downloaded from the following location: http://support.ca.com.
