Unable to Unseal or Delete Software Package

Symptom:

When I try to unseal or delete a software package, the following error message appears:

HTTP405: Server not reachable.

Solution:

WebDAV feature in IIS interferes with PUT and DELETE methods of HTTP. So remove the handler "WebDav" and module "WebDAVModule" from "Default Web Site" in IIS.
