Reason:
URC is not configured to produce a local event log or the file is deleted.
Action:
If you want to store URC events in a local text file, open the common property dialog on the DSM system tray applet and select the event tab. Enable the local event tab and define a location for the file.
Note: On Windows NT, the events are available in the NT event log. See the administrative tools folder in the Start menu.
