Reason:
The remote computer is down or cannot be contacted. The specified address is invalid. Another possibility is that the specified protocol has not been installed on your computer.
Action:
Check that the network address of the remote computer is valid. Ask your network administrator if the computer is up. If it is running, reinstall the viewer.
