Reason:
To obtain a global address book, the viewer must contact a Remote Control management server. To contact a Remote Control management server, specify the network address and suitable credentials.
Action:
Contact your network administrator for this information. You can then configure the global address book by left-clicking the tree node on the left side of the Remote Control Explorer and selecting Properties.
