This group cannot be deleted because it is the last link for one or more of its sub groups. Either delete these sub groups or link them somewhere else first.

Reason:

An operation to delete a group has been disallowed. A group cannot be deleted if that group contains sub groups which are not linked to any other group.

Action:

Either unlink the sub groups which do not contain any other parent groups, or delete the sub groups first.
