The computer you have selected does not appear to be a member of the Remote Control Global Address books (GAB). Computers appear in the GAB when Remote Control user permissions are defined on the computers parent group.

Reason:

You have selected a computer that is not a member of the global address book (GAB).

Action:

Go to a group belonging to the address book and select the computer there. If the computer is not yet present in the address book, you may request an administrator to add it to an address book group.
