Seal

When registering a software item, it will be in the open, or unsealed, state until sealed, unless seal has been ordered (even implicitly in some cases).

Before you install or distribute an item, you have to seal it, to make further changes impossible and to guarantee that it is distributed in its original state.

If sealed, the item can still be copied, but no longer changed.
