Delete Files in the CMP File

To remove files from the CMP File

1. Select one or more files from the CMP File.
2. Do one of the following:
   • Click the Delete button on the toolbar
   • Choose Delete from the Edit menu
   • Right-click a selected file in the CMP File window, and choose Delete from the context menu

   A dialog appears asking you if you really want to delete the selected files.

3. If you click Yes, the files to delete are marked with the File to delete symbol in the left margin of the CMP File window. Files marked for deletion are not removed until you save the CMP File.

   If you click No, you can continue editing the CMP File.

4. Click the Save button on the toolbar when you want to definitely remove the selected files from the CMP File.
