For existing CA Clarity PPM customers, you must have a certified version of CA Clarity PPM installed before you can install the add-in.
SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013 web parts are incompatible. Therefore, upgrades from prior versions of CA Clarity PPM Connector for Microsoft SharePoint (such as v1.x and v2.x available on the support site) to v3.0 are not supported.
