The Change Request Management portlet displays a list of change requests associated to projects you have access to. The portlet has a default filter set to limit the change requests to only those with a status of “Open” or “Work in Progress”. There is an Include Programs filter option that allows you to include programs in the portlet. By default, this filter option is set to Yes, which means program change requests are displayed in the portlet list.
The following fields display on the portlet:
Displays an icon that links to the project dashboard.
Displays the name of the project. Click a project name link to go to the properties page of the project.
Displays the name of the change request. Click a change request link to go to the change request properties page.
Displays the description of the change request.
Displays a stoplight indicating the priority of a change request.
Displays the expected close date of the change request.
Displays the category that is assigned to the change request.
Values: Flexibility, Funding, Human Interface, Implementation, Interdependencies, Objectives, Organizational Culture, Resource Availability, Sponsorship, Supportability, or Technical
Displays the name of the owner of this change request.
Displays an email icon. Click the icon to send an email to the change request owner.

Displays the name of the resource who approved the change request.
Displays the date when the change request was approved.
Displays the date when the change request was assessed.
Displays the name of the resource who assessed the change request.
Displays the benefits of the change request.
Displays the Change Request ID, which is the identifier of the change request.
Displays the close date of the change request.
Displays the name of the resource who created the change request.
Displays the date when the change request was created.
Displays the change in the number of resources that will result from the change request.
Displays the schedule change in days that will result from the change request.
Displays the impact that the change request has on the project baseline.
Displays the impact that the change request has on other projects.
Displays the date when the change request was last updated.
Displays the project ID, which is the identifier of the project.
Displays the reasons for creating the change request.
Displays the date when the change request will be reviewed.
Displays the status of the change request.
Displays the name of the resource who last updated the change request.
