Installing the Microsoft SharePoint Connector
Before you install Microsoft SharePoint Connector Version 3.0, download the following applications, and install and configure correctly on the SharePoint server:
- Microsoft Windows SharePoint 2013
- A version of CA Clarity PPM certified for the add-in Version 3.0.
Note:
- Microsoft SharePoint Connector Version 3.0 supports only SharePoint 2013 and not SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010.
- Microsoft SharePoint 2013 with Microsoft SharePoint Connector Version 3.0 supports CA Clarity PPM Release 13.3.
- Microsoft SharePoint 2010 with Microsoft SharePoint Connector Service Pack 2.0.2 supports CA Clarity PPM Release 13.2 and CA Clarity PPM Release 13.3.

Note: Consider setting up Single Sign-on (SSO) for CA Clarity PPM on client computers so that the SharePoint users, who are also CA Clarity PPM users, do not have to log in again when they use the Link to Clarity feature provided in CA Clarity PPM List Web Parts.
