How to Add New Risk Categories
Your CA Clarity PPM administrator can add new risk categories/factors. The risk categories display in the Contributing Factors section of the main risk page. The project Risk field displays a weighted average of all risk categories or factors displayed on the page.
Use the following process to add new risk categories:
- Create a number attribute (field) for the project object Properties view, to the Contributing Factors section of the Risk subpage view. The new number attribute is a formula field calculated based on a weighted average formula.
- Publish the view. Publish the view for the new risk category to display on the page. The users can then enter values for the risk category.
