About the Status Report Review
Late and Missing Status Reports
Use the Status Report Review page to review summary and detailed information about status reports, including late and missing status reports, across projects. To access this page, open Home, and from Dashboards, select Status Report Review.
This page includes the following tabs:
The Status Report Listing page provides information about all status reports associated to projects.
The Status Report Listing includes the following portlet:
Use the page-level filter to filter the portlet by project OBS and project manager.
The Status Report Listing portlet displays project status reports, including the status report update and indicators. Use this portlet to compare the overall status, schedule, scope, and cost and effort indicators on status reports across projects. There is an Include Programs filter option that allows you to include programs in the portlet. By default, this filter option is set to Yes, which means program status reports are displayed in the portlet list.
To access this portlet, open Home, and from Dashboards, select Status Report Review.
The following fields display on this portlet:
Displays the project name. Click a project name to view the properties page of the project.
Displays the project manager name.
Displays a stoplight indicating how the project is doing overall. The metric is based on the Overall Status stoplight in the status report.
Displays the status report update entered on the status report. Click the status report update to view the status report properties page.
Displays the report date entered for the status report.
Displays the report status. The report status field includes the following values: draft or final.
Displays a stoplight indicating whether or not the project schedule is on track. The metric is based on the Schedule section in the status report.
Displays a stoplight indicating whether or not the project scope is on track. The metric is based on the Scope section in the status report.
Displays a stoplight indicating whether or not the project cost and effort are on track. The metric is based on the Cost and Effort section in the status report.

The Late and Missing Status Reports page provides information about projects that have late status reports and projects that do not have at least one status report completed on the project. By default, the days since last report considers seven days in the past based on the current date.
The Late and Missing Reports includes the following portlets:
Use the page-level filter to filter all portlets at once by project OBS and project manager.
The Late Status Reports portlet displays information about projects that have late status reports. Use this portlet to identify projects that are supposed to have status reports completed, but do not have them completed since the last report date. This portlet filters to only include projects with the status reporting field set to optional or required, indicating status reports are supposed to be completed on the project. By default, the days since last report considers seven days in the past based on the current date.
There is an Include Programs filter option that allows you to include programs in the portlet. By default, this filter option is set to Yes, which means program late status reports are displayed in the portlet list.
To access this portlet, open Home, and from Dashboards, select Status Report Review and click Late and Missing Status Reports tab.

Displays the work status of the project. The work status field includes the following values: requested, active, on hold, canceled, or complete. This field is configured to display on the Project Summary properties.

The Missing Status Reports portlet displays information about projects that do not have at least one status report completed on the project. Use this portlet to identify projects that are supposed to have status reports completed, but do not have any status reports completed on the project. This portlet filters to only include projects with the status reporting field set to optional or required, indicating status reports are supposed to be completed on the project.
