Add System Groups as Project Participants

A project participant group can include individual resources or system groups. The following are some examples of system groups that are available for you to add as project participants:

Once you add system groups as project participants, you can then add them to a participant group for the project.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the project and click Team.

    The team staff page appears.

  2. Open the Team menu and click Participants.

    The participants page appears.

  3. Click Show at the top of the page and select System Groups.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Select from the available system groups to add as project participants and click Add.
