Update Cost Totals
Use the following procedure to recalculate the cost metrics and earned value information for the project as of the project As Of Date. The date is a field on the scheduling properties page.
Follow these steps:
- Open the project and click Tasks.
The list page appears.
- Open the Tasks menu and click Gantt.
The Gantt view appears.
- Open the Actions menu, and from General, click Update Cost Totals.
