Override the Incident Priority
During the Evaluation of Priority phase of the incident, override the incident priority in the queue.
Follow these steps:
- Open Home, and from Demand Management, click Incidents.
The list page appears.
- Click the incident short description to open the incident.
The properties page appears.
- Select the Override Priority check box.
If you do not have the Incidents - Override Priority access right, the Override Priority field appears as read-only.
- Select the priority from the drop-down. Choices are: Low, Medium, and High.
- Save the changes.
