Define Skills Associated to Labor Resources

You can use skills to describe the talent a resource or role needs to complete tasks, or to display the talent already processed. In addition to associating skills—such as Java, HTML, Database Management, speak German, and others—with a resource or role, you can indicate the resource or role's level of interest and proficiency in each skill.

Generally speaking, it is desirable for resources to have high levels of interest and proficiency in the skills necessary to do their job functions. However, there might be times when a resource with a low level of proficiency and a high level of interest in a skill is a good fit for an entry level position.
