Associate Skills with Labor Resources

You can associate a skill with any labor resources to which you have access. After making the association, you can assign proficiency and interest levels as desired. You can only associate skills to labor resources.

To associate a skill with a labor resource

1. Open the labor resource to which you want to associate a skill.

   The Resource Properties: Main - General page appears.

2. Click the Skills tab.

   The Resource Skills page for that labor resource appears.

3. Click Add.

   The Select Skills page appears.

4. Select the skill you want to add to the resource, and click Add.

   The selected skill is associated to the resource, and is added to the resource’s associated skills list.
